40-count ribbed frame fabric is a common blended fabric, usually made of viscose and cotton fibers. Its main components are 47.5% viscose fiber and 47.5% cotton fiber, and 5% spandex fiber is added. This fabric has good elasticity, breathability and comfort, and is a fabric commonly used in casual wear, T-shirts, underwear and other clothing.

Textile technology of 40-count ribbed frame fabric

The texture of the ribbed frame fabric is formed by the interweaving of lines in the vertical and horizontal directions, forming a special texture effect, which is usually called ribbing. This fabric is produced using a stretching process, which gives it great properties in terms of elasticity and resilience.
